The Challenge: Lawrence Ragan Communications is a leading publisher of corporate communications, public relations, and leadership development newsletters. Ragan approached GHI four years ago about communicating more effectively to tens of thousands of clients via email marketing, and having more control over their email databases.
Their existing solution did not allow them to effecively gather new email addresses from multiple locations including their own web sites, and then manage dozens of e-newsletter and alert lists.
The Impact: GHI's email marketing and communications product, CleanAir, has provided robust solutions that deliver hundreds of thousands of email messages each day, week and month to Ragan's clients worldwide. By consolidating all of their email communications to a single web-based platform, Ragan can spend more time communicating to their widespread audiences instead of managing their data.
