CleanAir™ - Email Reporting

With CleanAir™'s reporting, you'll have access to the results of your email campaign in real-time directly from your browser! Day or night, weekend or weekday you can view all statistics associated with your campaigns whenever you like:

• Sent - View the number of total emails that were sent after de-duplication, and removing any unsubscribes and bounces.  
• Opened – View how many recipients opened your HTML email.
• Unsubscribes – Recipients can unsubscribe from your database with a single click. CleanAir will provide a report detailing who subscribed from your databases.  
• Hard Bounces – View the number of bounced emails that didn't get through to your recipients.  
• Click-Throughs - View your click-through rate on any links you have contained within your email.    
• Download – Download all reports as a CSV file for use in other applications, or create a new email database using this reporting data for further campaigns.

CleanAir™ - Database Management

Securely upload and download all of your customer email databases, using CleanAir's database management features:

• Upload data - Upload comma separated values (CSV) data from any application you choose. Use up to 14 fields like name, company, status, phone number, etc.
• Data Protection – Our database servers are locked in a secure facility and are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with complete backups, firewall protection, anti-virus, and power management systems.
• Accessing your data – You have access to your data 24/7. You can download your lists, your unsubscribes and your bounces, view your lists, even update your lists, whenever you want from wherever you are.
• Unsubscribes processing – Every email sent through our system will have unsubscribe instructions and link at the footer of each message. CleanAir™ takes all of your unsubscribes and processes them so you don't send unwanted email to your recipients.
