Tim Loyer, Senior Web Designer

Tim Loyer is a GHI Web Developer and another Medina native.

Tim Loyer is devoted to finding the right balance between design, function and accessibility within the framework of organically optimized websites. Now in his sixth year with GHI Internet Services, Tim has worked on hundreds of clients’ online marketing projects and holds the lead creative design position within GHI’s Creative Team.

Tim’s primary mission is to help GHI’s Creative Team effectively comply with uniform web standards and their application to our interactive projects using state of the art, cross browser coding. Tim helps our design and development staff leverage advanced methods in CSS, valid XHTML, alternative browser compatibility and table less layouts creating websites – internet, intranet, and extranet applications - with higher impact, wider audience appeal and more intuitive navigation helping users find the information they really care about, fast.

Along with his responsibilities to manage GHI’s growing Internet client base, Tim develops and manages six of GHI's internal web properties:

Tim pursues many hobbies when he isn't busy working for GHI.  Among these is an enjoyment for music and art. Tim has played in a local band, Asunder, playing bass guitar.  Tim also enjoys keeping track of advancements in the open-source movement and their impact on innovations and usability of programs.
