Mr. Pete Radke brings 15 years of high technology experience to Griffith Holdings. As General Manager and Vice President of Client Services, Pete is responsible for providing executive management leadership to GHI's diverse business units. Mr. Radke will manage a 30 person staff spanning 6 countries on three continents, 15 internet properties, 90+ products and services, working with more than 400 partners worldwide.
As General Manager of GHI Telecom Services, Pete serves more than 200 telecom partners supporting more than 4,000 data, voice, and IP clients. Pete will also manage more than 20 Carrier relationships distributing their respective telco solutions within GHI's large client base.
Within GHI Internet Services, Mr. Radke will focus on production management, marketing strategy, channel management, and limited product development within GHI's fastest growing service segment, Search Engine Marketing. Pete led GHI's product development team and after only 5 days on board he developed, branded, and deployed GHI's Quick Start PPC Pay-Per-Click advertising solution using Google Adwords, Yahoo, and MSN. As an experienced business manager, Mr. Radke will work to apply appropriate technology with continuous process improvement techniques to achieve calculated returns and create necessary structure within a very diverse holding company.
Prior to Griffith Holdings, Inc., Pete was a federal employee at NASA working on confidential and secret research projects in the Propulsion Systems Laboratory (we'd tell you about them - but then we'd have to shoot you). Pete worked as a technology consultant in various manufacturing and network administration rolls including Manufacturing Consultant for the Cleveland Advanced Manufacturing Program (MAGNET) and Director of Information Technology & Material Management at Air Enterprises in Akron, Ohio. Most recently Pete led Thinsolutions' managed service provider technology division and helped them secure their fourth consecutive Weatherhead 100 Award as their Director of Sales & Marketing. While at Thinsolutions Pete spoke at the MSP Association's International Convention on the subject of "Delivering managed IT services to the professional service market."

Pete participates in various regional Internet Marketing related SIGs, including Sales & Marketing Executives of Cleveland, American Marketing Association - Cleveland Chapter, SME Business Connect, SME Toastmasters, Northern Ohio Information Technology Roundtable, Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, and Northeast Ohio Web Association.
