Janney Warren, Manager, Search Engine Marketing

Ms. Janney Warren began her career in high technology in 1995 as a partner in JML & Co., Inc., a startup IT business consulting firm specializing in custom built personal computers, office automation, and the implementation of accounting systems throughout Northeast Ohio.

As the General Manager responsible for the office, staff, administration, and finances, Janney personally wore the creative marketing hat within the organization developing collateral and the company's first web site.

JML grew quickly during those early years as micro-computers hit the small business market and off the shelf software applications became viable for small to mid market companies. Janney quickly earned an MBA in Marketing in the street as she learned to navigate the tumultuous and competitive high tech space growing market share, articulating value propositions, and creating competitive advantages for her products and services.

As the '90's came to a close and the internet began to dominate her market, Janney redirected her talent, time, and experience to designing websites for her clients. Ms. Warren combines a unique combination of graphical skills, content market positioning capabilities, and a sensitivity for mid market companies' need to leverage the internet to connect smarter with their markets, people, and processes. At GHI Internet Services, Ms. Warren will lead our Creative Group heading up web site design, content management, and search engine conversion services.

Prior to forging her career in industry, Ms. Warren expressed her design creativity through the media of watercolors. And once again, her entrepreneurial drive led her to market her original creations through local Art Shows. She majored in French and minored in Art at Bethany College in West Virginia, has raised two fine young men who now make their living in the same high tech world she does, and plays competitive USTA team tennis.

Janney resides in Avon Lake with her husband spending her free time bike riding in the Cuyahoga National Valley, and traveling throughout the US exploring lighthouses.
